| Will the real doughnut please stand up? |
I was the tourist taking pictures of the doughnut pillows. I was the mother with the screaming overtired kids. I was also the woman stuffing my face with these absolutely amazing doughnuts. The roles I have to play at Doughnut Plant are exhausting. But totally worth it.
Is this not the perfect doughnut face?

I can't stop myself from ordering the tres leches every time. but i've tried a couple others and tres leches still wins.

ReplyDeleteWe visited the Doughnut Plant when we were in Manhattan last week, because I'd read about it here. Ohmygoodness! I got the raspberry, my husband got the pistachio and they were both so good I am still have day dreams about them!
ReplyDeleteWe went to New York in October, visiting from San Francisco. Our friends live in Chelsea, and even though we were short on time, we made sure to walk the Highline, and get doughnuts at D.P. I've NEVER eaten a doughnut, in my life, as good as the coconut creme. This is the post, mostly trip photos. - p.s. I have an Oscar too! :)
