The highway next to it is loud and almost every tree is claimed by a picnic or someone taking a picture. It wins my heart because it's close to home and it's free. This week, after you've exhausted the
Conservatory Garden in Central Park, the
NY Botanical Garden in the Bronx, and the
Brooklyn Botanical Garden, come to Riverside Park for a decent (by NY standards) display of spring. It will blow your mind. Don't forget to pack a blanket, some
